We used cal and he had our listing details wrong and it took weeks for him to change it. there wasn’t even a for sale sign in the front yard for 6 weeks until we noticed it as we don’t live in Kelowna. His communication isn’t very good and tell you what you want to hear to keep the listing but the truth is he works on volume and really doesn’t care about his clients and there needs to get there house sold.
If you're going to go with 2 percent realty you're better off spending the extra money or go through property guys because cal was zero help.
