I would have to say that Calista exceeded all our expectations during the process. Without her hard work; knowledge and understanding it would probably have been a painful process for us. In addition to everything else she was very flexible in accommodating us and helping us at all sorts of weird hours and on weekends to make sure we were up to date and comfortable with the situation.
