Spoke all great things at the beginning put the house up for sale then said he can t help me get a new house because of my credit when he said it wasn't an issue then got an offer and pushed me to sign with only 3 weeks closing date knowing it would be difficult to find a place to even rent in that time period. Now there is ONLY 1 week to find a place to live because Calvin said he would help and as of right now I will be homeless as of next week. I would NEVER RECOMMEND CALVIN for anyone. Terrible.
