My husband and I were referred to the Cam Sullivan Team through my brother and his wife; they had bought with him in late 2018. We did two transactions with Cam – we bought our forever home in Oakville, and sold our condo in downtown Toronto. The entire experience was fantastic. When we first engaged Cam, he visited us in our condo (pre-pandemic) to get a sense of what it was likely to sell for. During that visit, he also consulted us on what we would be looking for in a house. We were impressed with the level of detail in his questions; he put a lot of effort into getting out of us what exactly what we were looking for and was able to filter the listing search criteria accordingly. While we were looking, Cam was always happy to make time to answer questions for us. He was also readily available for showings when a listing came up that we really wanted to see. When the time came to make an offer, Cam did his best to ensure we didn’t offer more than we needed to. When it came to listing our condo, Cam and Fran provided us with great support. We ultimately decided to move out entirely and have the unit fully staged, but Cam would have supported the decision not to stage if we ended up choosing not to. The team put a lot of effort into marketing the unit, and Fran was always available to take my calls asking for an update once the listing went live. Once we got an offer – within one week! – Cam pushed for just that extra little bit more from the buyer. I would like to say that we look forward to working with Cam and Fran again, but in truth we hope we don’t have to . . . we’d really like to stay put where we are for the long-term. :) Nevertheless, we are so pleased that we opted to work with The Cam Sullivan Team for our real estate needs. His home inspector contact was great, the general contractor he referred us to is amazing, and the pool guy he connected with is fantastic.
