We received abundant offers.  The house sold for a great price and we are so happy for the family that will be moving into this home since we took care of it with the mind of always living here.  Cam and Fran were willing to help in any way possible while respecting the Pandemic Restrictions we were all facing.  They were so knowledgeable about the Market.  We had prepared our home for sale and just as we were about to list it, there was a 2nd state of emergency announced in Ontario.  Cam and Fran, kept us up-to-date with what that meant for us.  We were so thrilled to be able to proceed.   As for the purchase of the new home, Cam was involved every step of the way.  We felt he took ownership as though he was purchasing it for himself.  He showed so much care and attention.  He answered all our questions, arranged inspectors, was patient with the questions our parents had about the house, was very knowledgeable about the value to offer for the purchase that is not disrespectful but also fair.   Every process and step was done beyond our satisfaction.  We were informed of every step and never felt in the dark. All the legal work was also made super easy.  We looked around, checked prices, settled with who we wanted to go, informed Cam & Fran, and that was it.  All the rest was made super easy.
