This is the second investment property we purchased with Cam, and his reliable and helpful nature continued to impress us. There were several delays with the completion of this project, but Cam continued to keep us up to date with pictures highlighting the progress. Because we are out-of-province, Cam was gracious enough to assume many tasks that we were not able to tackle due to distance. Cam definitely goes above and beyond. We highly recommend his services.
