Candice couldn't wait to take the FREE baby stuff off our front lawn as I waited for her to come in to our home. After loading her car.... we had a tour. I wasn't going to tell her that my spouse and I were divorcing, but the subject did come up. She didn't mention a fee for valuation which I would have been happy to pay for had I known in advance. She said she would send an email that night or the next day. 2 days later I reached out to her and her reply was...she didn't like my husband's attitude and she didn't think he would hire her so she did NO comparables and she wasn't working for free!!!!!

Reply: I don’t bash people online as I find it unprofessional but in order to defend myself I will say this, when I arrived in the home both people were drinking alcohol and I’m unable to provide services to anyone under the influence. I immediately felt uncomfortable and tried to leave an aggressive situation as quickly as I could. When I told this person I couldn’t do an assessment for them and I thought they should find a different agent to work with them during their sale she immediately threatened to write me a bad review if I didn’t give her a market value immediately. After I explained I couldn’t work for free, she said she didn’t have the money to pay me for a current market value which is when she proceeded to write this review. I have requested it to be removed as I’m self employed and I have the right to refuse to work with aggressive people under the influence but alas, it’s still up.
