I cannot say enough good things about Cari Hewick. She helped us purchase a condo in Waterloo two years ago. We were from out of town and couldn't visit all of the units ourselves. She took our daughter on condo visits and treated her like she was her own. She guided her and communicated with us after every visit. We ended up with a beautiful unit that served us well until this year when my daughter graduated from University. Cari then showed us what a fierce negotiator she can be. After presenting us with multiple offers, she managed to negotiate a selling price of 66K over ask. I more than highly recommend her for any transactions in the Waterloo/Kitchener area.
