What a gem of a realtor! Carla really shines, both professionally and personally. Being an out of province purchaser and someone who has not purchased real estate for over 25 years, I thought there may be some hick-ups/concerns along the way because I remained out of province with Carla showing properties not to me personally, but to a Winnipeg relative of mine. However, everything went very smoothly with Carla advising me every step of the way. It was like I was right there in Winnipeg, instead of where I really was - 2 time zones away in BC. Carla was clearly knowledgeable, proactive and very responsive to communications from me and my Winnipeg relative. While certainly professional, Carla is also an engaging person who genuinely cared about ensuring that she was providing A+ service not only to me, but also to my Winnipeg relative. My deal has not yet officially closed, but it will very shortly with no issues in sight, thanks to Carla.
