Carlton has been nothing short of stellar! We met Carlton at an open house he was hosting. He was kind enough to settle a debate for us about the garage size and if both vehicles would fit in it. From there he answered so many of our questions and was beyond helpful. When the time came to list our condo and buy a new house, we knew who we wanted to work with. Carlton was extremely prepared when he met with us. He presented us with a great introductory package explaining the process and what we needed to do to get our condo ready for the market. This also included a very thorough market evaluation. This impressed me as my dad was a Realtor for 35 years and this is the kind of standard I’ve come to expect from a Realtor. Carlton was very professional the entire time we worked with him and he was an absolute pleasure to be around. He was so wonderful with our 6 year old son, which made a huge difference for us when we were looking at houses. We didn’t have to worry about missing something in the house because we were chasing after a kiddo. Carlton was there to help out all the time. Carlton was fun to work with and made the process of buying and selling a house very simple and enjoyable. Despite the challenges we had with lawyers and mortgage companies, Carlton was always there to lend a hand whenever and wherever he could. His support meant a great deal to us. Carlton goes above and beyond for his clients and you can see that in everything he does; from how responsive he is with messages (either by phone, text or email) to the genuine interest he took in our little family.
