Carman Kerr was an excellent choice for a realtor. Right from the very beginning, his enthusiasm and great ideas were a real bonus in what can be a tough decision to sell. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the selling process. He organized staging of the home, made a super video and his pictures showed our farm off to perfection! He was there for every phone call and made the job of selling so much easier. He was cheerful, upbeat when we were low, supportive and very personable.
