We highly recommend Carolina Facioli. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the process of selling and buying a house. She made a great market analysis and pointed out relevant aspects that would help selling the property faster. She was very transparent from the start and brought us expectation based on the reality of the current market. It’s no surprise that we received an offer in the same week the ad was posted, followed by the sale. The bureaucratic part was smooth because she was always one step ahead. We learned so much with Carolina and we feel a lot more prepared to buy our next property than we were before. So many small details we were not aware of that could’ve turn into a big nightmare in the future (well, not anymore) We’re so happy and we believe everyone deserves to work with someone so competent!
