We have bought and sold a few houses in our time. We listed our home in the country with Carolyn. At the time there were no comparables in the area which made coming up with a list price a bit of a challenge. Carolyn found the sweet spot in the market in our area and the house sold in under a month. We even had two families bidding on our property. Not bad. Within the same time frame, we purchased our new home. We found ourselves bidding with another couple for the property. Carolyn led us through this uncharted territory by making suggestions about where to give and where to hold. What a ride. We were successful in getting the home that we loved. We have no regrets and look forward to moving on, even though we will miss our old home and neighbourhood. A big thank you to Carolyn Bradley.
