Many of us are thinking of selling our own home instead of going through Real Estate agent to save cost and I must admit I am included.  A close friend of mine introduce me to Carolyn and within 5 min of conversation, it is clear to me that I need her professional help.  Carolyn offered painting service by herself to brighten up our aging centrally located Ottawa down town area to make it presentable which I declined because I know the house needs way more than a coat of paint to make it right.  I decided to hire a painter not because I don’t trust her ability but because it is the right thing to do. I was impressed the staging work she put in that generated so many interest that the house was sold 2 weeks after posting.
