Carolyn was recommended to us by a friend. She was amazing with helping us sell our townhouse and buying our current single family home. She got great pictures of our townhouse, she placed flyers outside everyday for the 3 days it was on market, and it was able to sell the same day we were excepting offers. We also bought our house through Carolyn. She helped us understand the contracts, responsibilities of seller and right as a buyer. Our new home wasn't clean when we moved in and she offered to pay for a professional clean. Our stove was also not working when we moved in and she dealt with that in one day.
