I had tried to sell my house for a year before Carolyn took on the task. It wasn't an easy house to sell, and after a few 'list it and leave it' realtors, and some irritating mansplaining from the usual realtor who worked the neighbourhood, I probably wasn't the easiest client. Carolyn was unflappable, thorough, and creative in how she promoted and ultimately sold my house. She managed the transition to the new owners, as I had already moved, and even researched and then provided me with some realtors she thought would be a good fit for me in my new city across the country. She has a lovely, happy demeanour, and never seems stressed - even though I was. Overall Carolyn turned what was a frantic, frustrating experience into a smooth one, and relieved me of a big burden. I will be forever grateful, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
