Carrie actually sold TWO of my houses this year. Both cases were very complicated from challenging tenants to out of town properties to issues with condo boards... Carrie really held it all together and pulled through for me twice in the span of 4 months and BOTH of my houses are sold. She handled a lot of the dirty work and put in tonnes of extra effort to get them sold. She was organized and efficient. We knew after the first house that we could trust her and we have no regrets. We will recommend her to friends and family and use her one day in again in the future. She is very personable and her response time is impeccable. She's a great listener and takes criticism very seriously. I am not always the easiest person to work with.
