Casey was an amazing agent. She made numerous trips from victoria up island for us--sometimes all the way to Nanaimo. She was always very professional, down-to-earth, and comical. We really felt we were in really good hands. She was very dedicated to helping us find a home and kept us looking even when our spirits were down.
