Terrible Realtor. There was a widely known cock roach problem she claims she has no knowledge of. Did not ask seller why there where insect traps. Was told by my neighbor about issues but chose not to disclose. Do not trust this realtor

Reply: I always ask homeowners about items that require disclosure to home buyers, and when a homeowner tells me about a problem they have had with their property, be it past or present, I always share the information with potential home buyers. Not only am I professionally required to do so, I also think it is ethically the right thing to do. This has always been my practice and will continue to be so.
