I was so scared after reading in the news about all the terrible troubles people were having buying houses - nothing if the sort! The first house, we put an offer on but it really wasn't suitable. I'd just hoped I could shoehorn it into what our family needed. The second house, we only lost it because we needed three months closing so as to give proper notice to our landlord. We got the third house and at an excellent price! She negotiated tough, hard, but fair and she wasn't she about telling me I was being unrealistic in the circumstances. Highly highly recommended!
