Chad was amazing, and very patient with us. We are seniors, and had a difficult time providing endless financial information on-line. It appears mortgage information needed was different from the information we provided just 2 years prior. It was endless. We struggled to provide the info, but Chad encouraged us, and the mortgage was finally completed. Chad was very patient with us.
