Absolutely hands down the most knowledgeable and hard working mortgage broker, 5 mins of speaking with Chad and you know exactly where you are at and what you need to do and his follow up is impeccable. I feel that if Chad can't get a certain mortgage done then it can't be done by anyone. He is really good at what he does. Would highly recommend him.
