Chad was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He moved quickly when I needed him to and was never pushy when I was dragging my feet. He was extremely knowledgeable with different comps and stats about the homes in the area. He was available in the evenings and on the weekends. I will definitely be using Chad in the future.
