I'm glad that I chose Chad as my realtor. As soon as I started looking, there were a number of agents who contacted me to be my realtor but I chose Chad over an option that was suggested to me by friends. I'm glad I did. He was professional and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciate the fact that he is working hard and doing it successfully. He is knowledgeable and I'm a first time home buyer but he taught me a lot without making me feel dumb. I would definitely recommend him.
