Be VERY careful if dealing with Chad Watson. If the property disclosure statement is "clean" and he's the listing agent - ABSOLUTELY get a home inspection. We did, and it absolutely saved us. While we were eventually made whole with a huge price reduction, this does not forgive Chad's conduct towards us. Chad also certainly did not act in his clients' best interest by seemingly coaching them to fraudulently misrepresent their home. Chad Watson has made buying our home together—what should have been a happy, exciting time in our lives—a frustrating, stressful experience to say the least. Furthermore, he has cost his clients a significant amount of money, and placed them in a precarious legal situation.
