Was told by a neighbour he had his sign on lawn before I had even signed with him otherwise showed little interest. Was late or did not show up for appointments. Suggested I list too low. On discussion he pretended not to know about excluding a party from listing and sent me Listing Agreement without them mentioned...I ended up adding them myself before I signed. Chad accused me of being underhanded when I wanted time to discuss an offer with excluded party before making a decision. I had to insist he go back and try for full price. They came back with one just under listing price and above what excluded party wanted to pay (less commission} which I accepted. Had I listened to everything Chad told me, I would have lost approximately $30,000.00. Lawyer received bill from Chad for 4.75% commission when it should have been 4.5% which I had him correct and re-send. He had been highly recommended by a relative and that is the only reason I stayed with him, but I was not impressed and definitely would not recommend him to anyone.
