Chantel was amazing when I decided quite unexpectedly to move houses so my son could go to a better school in a more residential neighborhood than the one we were in. We had to sell our house on a very short timeline with the highest possible price and we were in such a panic and so stressed that everything would fall through, but through the whole turmoil, she managed to keep us calm, cool headed, and managed to sell our house in an unprecedented short 2 week period!! Not only did we get the house we wanted, in the neighborhood we wanted, but she managed to sell our house in time too!! Her and her team were fabulous to work with, and incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have recommended Chantel to all our friends and family and she is now helping us look for a place for my parents to they can move closer to us.
