Chantel Johnston was very helpful in helping me find an apartment, when selling my house. She knew my urgent situation and always sent me apartment suggestions. She knew that I was interested in the Plant St. apartments and always made me aware of one that might be becoming available. Chantel was aware of my doubts about moving into an apartment and she was always very reassuring. She was a constant support in a very stressful time in my life. She did not pressure me in making a quick decision on my new location to start my new life. She was very informative on the Bata Loft Apartments and did not hesitate on setting up viewing times that worked for me.
