My wife and I worked with Chantelle when we moved out to the island in 2019, and she was a big help in buying our first place out here. It was a very busy time for us with changing provinces and jobs, and she was very adaptable to our travel schedule and availability. A couple years later, we didn't hesitate to work with her again when we decided to upgrade, and both the sale and purchase went great. She is friendly, easy to work, with and a good communicator. She unfortunately helped us into a house that we're hoping to stay in long-term and so we hopefully won't be third time clients anytime soon, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
