One thing I will say about Charles is he is consistent. Over the last year and a half he has answered my questions, sent updates by email about market changes with out having to ask. He has sent up alerts for us when new properties cause up and that is how we got our dream land. He was quick and provided helpful advice on our offer in this extremely competitive buying market.
