We used Chase for both the sale of the current home we were in as well as the purchase of our new home. For both transactions we found Chase to be very knowledgeable for both markets, Maple Ridge and Fort Langley. He was always professional, timely and gave sound advice through the negotiation process. Through the purchase of our new home we had expressed interest in the vacant lot next to us which the owners did not want to sell at that time. Four years later I received a call from Chase that the lot next to us was up for sale, there were no for sale signs up, he had but a tracker on the lot so as soon as it was an MLS listing, he was aware. We ended up closing on the lot in less than two weeks without Chase we would have been too late.
