I can’t believe you became this … I feel sorry for you You visited over 20 condos alone (without my help) you studied the market very well, when you visited this condo (the only property you visited with me) you loved it and you wanted to buy it so badly and you were right because it was rare opportunity as the sale price initially was 825k and the seller was desperate to sell it and you got it for 700k while a lower floor condo was sold for 829k. When you went to apply for a mortgage, the banker mentioned to you that you got an incredible low price because the bank evaluation came out at 829k. No contract: Not a must to sign a contract with the buyer I only showed you this one condo why would I need a contract. Convinced you to buy quickly: You visited over 20 condos (not with me) new from builders and other used condos, you fell so in love with this condo because of the incredibly low price. You signed the offer in May, you got the bank acceptance in July, that was enough time to think about your purchase. 200 days drop: This condo was not even on the market, the other condo of the same seller was sold one week after the price drop from 800k to 700k.
