Che was always available, and answered any questions we had right away. He also had the foresight to notify us as soon as a property we had expressed interest but had an accepted offer became available again. This ended up being our dream home that we were able to get in before anyone else had a chance to put in an offer. I doubt we would have had a chance on this property without Che. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new property.
