Working with Che for the purchase of a new home and the sale of our existing home was amazing. Che was very responsive, we loved being able to communicate by text, and he always made sure to call when more details were needed. He made sure to follow up and organize everything that was needed to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. When viewing homes Che's knowledge was incredibly helpful, it was almost like having an inspector with us. He would point out all the positives and negatives with each home, but always left the decisions up to us. He sold our home extremely fast (8 days!) and made sure to help us every step of the way. We're extremely happy to have found Che, and will be recommending him anytime someone we know needs an agent.
