I am a first time home buyer! I must say... Che Crockatt is the best agent I ever worked with. This is not some sugar coated review. He is very accommodating (Virtual Viewing) and flexible (I live in Toronto) All other agents that promised me to help finding property didn't follow through. Only Che did. From the very first day, property viewing till closing, he has been nothing but exceptionally great and professional! This man works too hard! (Weekend/day and night) His work ethic is respectable and I feel terrible for calling him so many times haha.
