Ché is an amazing realtor - professional, responsive, patient, informative. This was all new to us, as first-time buyers, and Ché was patient enough with us to explain the process, the terminology, the limitations, the deadlines, and the paperwork. It was a crash-course in homeownership for us and Ché made it simpler and less daunting. We questioned whether we needed an agent to buy, but through the experience with Ché, we no longer doubted this - it helps to demystify all the red tape and paperwork that we just couldn't do on our own. Any questions we had, Ché was QUICK to respond with a fair, honest, informative answer! At NO TIME did we feel pressured, or cheated, or that he was using "antiquated sales tactics" - he was very straightforward and honest about the market, the properties that we viewed, and our options. It was COVID times, so viewings were limited and quick, and options were disappearing and being over-bid on - it's a result of the environment today, there was very low inventory on market, and Ché provided what he could. My only comment would be that the options provided were not always meeting our ideal criteria, but of course, this was not Ché's fault, it was and is the market at the time, so we used a hybrid approach of searching on our own for properties and running it through Ché (which he was happy to do) as well as looking at the options he sent. I absolutely LOVE that experience he gave with all the documentation and signatures being sent and done online/ virtually/electronically - a great help and safety precaution in COVID times. All-in-all a perfect experience, we will definitely engage him again when we next decide to sell or buy.
