Our experience with Che was excellent! My husband and I were first-time home buyers, which is already a pretty nerve-wracking experience by itself. And we made an offer on a house from the '80s, which ended up having some problems (that the seller didn't want to fix). Also, we had the worst mortgage broker, which contributed to us dropping the offer and losing the house. Even though those problems were outside our's and Che's control, he was able to help us find our new home 3 days after losing the first one.
