Within minutes of filling out the contact form, he called us back for a chat. Che's best feature is how amazingly communicative he is. We never had to chase him down for info, or wait impatiently for an answer. At any time of day, he always got back to us very quickly and never gave us the impression that we were bothering him with stupid stuff. This took an immense amount of pressure off of our shoulders, and we really felt like we found a good teammate. Che was quick to send us listings and recommendations, was able to meet us in short time for visits, and seemed knowledgeable about the types of renovations that would be valuable to us, along with their cost. He guided us correctly through an uncommon-for-this-time bidding war (we won) and stayed very present and available for the myriad of issues we faced even after closing.
