Right form the start I could tell that Cherisse was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Because I was living in Victoria and this house is in Abbotsford and was an estate sale, she took over all the details, such as cleaning and so on. She helped me decide on a price and gave me all the relevant comparable houses around the area that had recently sold. And she talked with the Strata President and got all the relevant details she needed from him. This sale took time because of the slow market this house took time to sell, but Cherisse persisted and we got it done!! Great job by a really good agent.
