Cheryl helped me through the process as a first time home buyer. I did not know much of what I needed to obtain a house other than the capital which I had before hand, she set me up with a very good mortgage broker and responded to all of my questions promptly when I asked them. Even after I moved in and had some issues with the the appliances she arranged with the seller some accommodations, which I am grateful for, she has been a tremendous help. Would recommend
