We very much enjoyed working with Cheryl. She helped us figure out what was needed to make our property stand above its competitors. We worked with her on the selling price and other details. As we currently reside in the maritimes we could not be around while the condo was being shown. She found a buyer and we soon had an appropriate offer. Overall we were impressed. I understand why she is highly rated.
