Cheryl was very easy to work with, very informed, kept us well grounded and updated. She was very good from start to finish and made sure we had the proper notice prior to each showing and let us know if there was any comments. Cheryl made sure to take care of a couple of problems we incurred with fairness to both us and the potential buyer.
