I can’t say enough great things about Cheryl! As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about finding a good realtor that we felt we could trust with the purchase of our first house. One meeting with Cheryl and we knew she was the one we wanted to aid us in our search. She was knowledgeable, experienced and professional…but what stood out for us is how personal she is too. She took the time to get to know us and it felt like she was almost as emotionally invested in the houses we loved as we were! In a really competitive market, we could ALWAYS count on Cheryl to respond immediately to our questions and get us into showings as soon as houses were listed (and sometimes even before). We also really appreciated her honesty - about the houses or about when we needed to manage our expectations. Cheryl worked her butt off in a crazy market where the homes in our price range were pretty much selling the day after being listed… and we are SO thankful to have had her on our side. She understood exactly what we were looking for and in the end was able to find and secure us a house that checked every single one of our boxes! I truly don’t think we would have gotten it if it wasn’t for Cheryl! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
