What to say about Chris…my wife found them through a property listing and messaged them. May have been one of her best decisions. Not only did he sell our house for over asking within 24hrs he navigated an incredibly difficult deal with a ridiculous realtor. We ultimately walked away on his advice. Well that was a great decision because the property ended up having tons of issues and sold for far less than we wanted to offer. Then he found us the perfect home simply from listening to us and what we were looking for. Keep in mind this was over the course of a year and half and never once did he complain or pressure us. He was always available and made time to help us even with a growing family of his own. It’s been 2 years since we used Chris and yet we still reach out to him with random property questions that he answers promptly and thoroughly. Chris doesn’t just stop at the sale. If you want an expert who is on your side and is always willing to help out without any benefit to himself this man is the guy you want. He literally sees us around town and remembers my kids names and what their interests are. Can’t say enough good things.
