What struck me was Chris's genuineness: no smooth pitch, just good probing questions about what you really want and attentive to your answers. We live on the edge of his "territory" but I would still go back to him the next time we need a realtor. We see him as a friend as well as our realtor. He keeps in touch without intruding.
