We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us sell our home and buy our new one. After 18 years, we were a little rusty on the whole process, but he kept us informed every step of the way and was incredibly patient when we needed things explained (sometimes more than once!). He held multiple open houses, really listened to our needs, and was always friendly, understanding, and easy to communicate with. His direct communication style was exactly what we needed, and he knew when to be gentle and when to give us the honest advice we needed to hear.
