My spouse and I first met Chris at an open house early in our home search. Despite having been working with another realtor briefly, we were impressed by Chris's knowledge of the market. Chris presented himself very charismatic. Working with him felt like working with a friend. We felt that he represented us very well. Our only criticism is as new home buyers we were advised that we did not require a home inspection as the sellers already had one done. This lead to finding multiple issues that could've been avoided with our own inspection.
