From the first email asking for advice and assistance to the SOLD sign being hung in front of our house, both Dave Tidd and Chris Gehl were knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly kind and understanding of our personal situation. They arrived promptly for meetings, answered all of our email or phone questions and were generally helpful and dependable. Our opinions and feelings were always taken into consideration.
