Chris was one of several agents we met with in preparation of listing our house for sale. He spent a great deal of time going over everything in detail and answering all of my questions. His market analysis was excellent, and I appreciated his honest approach. The commission he offered was also very competitive. I found him to be personable and competent. We ultimately chose another agent to work with because we wanted to use a brokerage which tailored to more luxury properties in the higher end of the market, but I did want to comment on our experience with Chris as it was very positive.
