As a first time home-buyer, the team was very patient with me and did not push me into making any regrettable decisions. They never rushed me into a quick buy - it took me over a year to find the right place - that's on me - the team was supportive of that - they never dumped me b/c I didn't find/buy right away. I appreciate that. :)
